The company was registered in the National Court Register on January 14, 2016, under the name FAT DOG GAMES Limited Liability Company. The company’s shares were listed on the NewConnect alternative trading system on April 9, 2024.
The Management Board of Tech Robotics S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer was held on October 21, 2026. The Issuer announces that the General Meeting:
1. adopted all resolutions on the agenda;
2. did not decline to consider any item on the agenda.
The Issuer also announces that no objections to any of the resolutions were raised during the General Meeting and were not recorded in the minutes.
The Issuer hereby publishes the following the text of the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting.
Legal basis: § 4(2)(7), (7a), (8), and (9) of Appendix No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System, “Current and Periodic Information Disclosed in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market.”
Quarterly reports will be submitted by the following deadlines:
– for the fourth quarter of 2025 – February 16, 2026;
– for the first quarter of 2026 – May 15, 2026;
– for the second quarter of 2026 – August 14, 2026,
– for the third quarter of 2026 – November 16, 2026.
The 2025 Annual Report will be released on June 1, 2026. The Management Board announces that any changes to the publication dates of interim reports will be communicated in the form of a current report.
