Who We Are
The Drone Arming Center is a joint project of the Niewiadów Group, responsible for the development, integration, and certification of combat systems for unmanned platforms.
It was formed through the combination of three complementary areas of expertise: Tech Robotics S.A.’s technological know-how in the field of UGV and UAV platforms; ZSP Niewiadów Sp. z o.o.’s more than 100 years of experience in the production of ammunition and warheads; and the research and development capabilities and capital resources of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A.
As a result, the Center serves as a single point of contact where manufacturers of unmanned platforms—regardless of the platform’s type or origin—can access the complete integration process: from integration, through testing and certification, to a system ready for combat operations.
The Collaboration Process
Our collaboration with the Drone Arming Center follows a transparent, seven-step process.
The process begins with an analysis of the provided platform and the partner’s requirements, followed by the development of a payload integration concept. The subsequent stages include the actual integration of the combat system with the platform, a series of tests to verify its operation, and formal certification confirming compliance with applicable standards. If necessary, the process also includes the production of integration components and the serial production of finished systems. It concludes with the delivery of the finished product to the partner.
Each stage is documented, which ensures full transparency and predictability of the process for the business partner.
Our Solution
The process offered by the Drone Arming Center covers the entire path from the manufacturer’s platform to a combat-ready system. The starting point is the manufacturer’s platform: a drone or other unmanned vehicle supplied by a partner in its original form.
Based on this, the Center’s team carries out the integration of the weapon system, selecting a solution tailored to the platform’s design and intended use. The next stage consists of testing—specifically, functional and combat trials—to verify the reliability and safety of the entire system. The process concludes with certification confirming compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
The end result is a combat-ready platform: a fully integrated, tested, and certified combat system, ready for operational use.
Integration Capabilities
The Drone Arming Center specializes in integrating payloads with unmanned platforms in the air, on land, and at sea. Its expertise covers FPV drones, loitering munitions, VTOL and fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as ground platforms (UGVs), surface vessels (USVs), and underwater vehicles (UUVs). Experience across multiple domains allows the center to tailor each integration to the specific constraints of a given platform.
To meet the diverse requirements of missions, the Center offers a wide selection of payloads, both standard and innovative. Each payload is selected to perfectly match the platform’s requirements and ensure reliable performance under real-world operating conditions.

Cooperation Model
The model of cooperation with the Drone Arming Center is based on a simple division of roles: You provide the unmanned platform, and the Center takes care of the rest. We arm it: we integrate, test, and certify the combat system in accordance with the partner’s requirements and applicable standards. You / we sell it: the partner receives a finished product, ready for sale on domestic and international markets. This model allows unmanned platform manufacturers to focus on what they do best—designing and producing the platform itself—without having to design the payload or go through testing and certification procedures.
