Tech Robotics’ updated development strategy could serve as a catalyst for the transformation of the Polish drone market and the creation of a domestic unmanned technology ecosystem. The growing importance of unmanned systems on the modern battlefield requires not only the development of the platforms themselves, but also the ability to integrate, arm, and adapt them to specific operational applications. The combination of Tech Robotics’ expertise and Niewiadów’s industrial potential creates opportunities for Polish drone companies to enter the defense sector, participate in future contracts, and develop innovative solutions that strengthen domestic production capabilities (local content).
Tech Robotics Unveils Its Strategy for 2026–2031 and Plans a Stock Offering to Fund Growth
Tech Robotics has published its development strategy for 2026–2031. The strategy is based on four interrelated pillars: 1) the integration and arming of unmanned platforms, 2) the production of warheads and special payloads, 3) the scaling of production capacity, and 4) the development of solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems.
The implementation of the strategy will be financed, among other things, through a planned issuance of up to 3 million shares. The decision to increase the capital will be made by the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for October 21. The strategy was developed and will be implemented with the participation of the majority shareholder—Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna, which currently holds 70.2% of Tech Robotics’ capital—and which provides both financial and technical support and does not rule out further capital investment in the company’s development.
– We are not developing four separate projects, but rather building an integrated business model that combines customer relationships, our product portfolio, industrial facilities, and technology development. The signing in August of this year of a preliminary agreement regarding the acquisition of infrastructure in Niewiadów is another step toward securing production capacity and creating a foundation for further scaling of our operations. The combination of technological expertise, our own industrial facilities, and our partners’ experience allows us to act as a reliable entity capable of carrying out comprehensive projects—from solution development to implementation. “During this year’s MSPO, we held numerous discussions with representatives of the defense sector, and our solutions generated significant interest, which confirms the growing demand for this type of capability,” comments Bartosz Kubacki, CEO of Tech Robotics.
Pillar I – Integration and Infrastructure Development
As part of the first pillar of its new strategy, Tech Robotics will establish a Drone Arming Center to meet the growing market demand for comprehensive integration of unmanned systems. The company will adapt, configure, and test various types of unmanned platforms (air, land, sea) for specific operational and combat missions. The business model for this area will be based on two revenue streams: the delivery of configured systems and long-term maintenance, upgrades, and operator training services. The center will become a key hub for collaboration with drone manufacturers, enabling their platforms to achieve full combat capabilities.
Pillar II – Production of warheads and special munitions
The second pillar will focus on launching and scaling up the production of advanced warheads and special charges with high added value. These activities will be carried out in cooperation with Niewiadów Warhead Systems and using the industrial facilities of ZSP Niewiadów. The company’s in-house development capabilities and access to certified facilities adapted for working with high-energy materials will enable it to build a strong market position and create high barriers to entry for competitors. The warhead portfolio will be targeted at institutional customers and partners integrating weapons into unmanned systems.
Pillar III – Scaling Up Production
The operational base for implementing the strategy will consist of industrial facilities comprising over 10,000 m² of production space and an advanced precision machining center. This pillar will ensure Tech Robotics’ technological independence, on-time delivery, and cost control in the production of components and tooling for its own projects. At the same time, spare capacity will be made available commercially to external customers. Such diversification will allow for revenue stabilization and optimal utilization of the machine park, regardless of the cycle of defense orders.
Pillar IV – Development of Solid-Fuel Rocket Propulsion Systems
The long-term strategy for building the company’s technological value will focus on research and development of solid-fuel rocket engines. The R&D program will be carried out in collaboration with scientific and industrial partners, aligning with European initiatives to expand air defense capabilities, including the European Air Shield. This pillar will create growth opportunities for the company in the precision weapons and space technology segments. The potential implementation of the technology into mass production will occur after specific milestones are achieved and the market potential of the proposed solutions is confirmed.
– The importance of unmanned systems and precision munitions is steadily growing. Experiences from the war in Ukraine clearly point to the need to consider an unmanned platform as a whole—including its armament, configuration, maintenance, and the ability to restore operational capabilities. The strategy calls for the full utilization of Tech Robotics’ resources and the industrial potential of the Niewiadów Polish Military Group, particularly the ZSP Niewiadów facilities, our research and development center, and the testing range. “Combining our production facilities with our expertise in design, machining, testing, and integration will allow us to effectively develop our product portfolio and fulfill orders,”concludes Adam Januszko, President of the Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna.
