Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna will grant Tech Robotics a loan in the amount of 15.5 million PLN. The funds will be used to finance the acquisition of an organized part of the business and real estate in Niewiadów, comprising approximately 10,000 m² of usable space. The acquired infrastructure will constitute a key element of the Drone Arming Center being established by Tech Robotics, within which the company plans to conduct operations including the production of parts and warheads for unmanned systems. The granting of the loan is in line with the implementation of Tech Robotics’ published development strategy for 2026–2031.

– The updated strategy is based on four interrelated pillars: the integration and arming of unmanned platforms, the production of warheads and special payloads, the scaling of production capacity, and the development of solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems. We are not developing four separate projects, but rather building an integrated business model that combines customer relationships, our product portfolio, industrial infrastructure, and technology development. Tech Robotics’ updated strategy has the potential to drive the transformation of the Polish drone market and the creation of a domestic unmanned technology ecosystem. “Our plans align with the growing importance of unmanned systems on the modern battlefield, which requires not only the development of the platforms themselves, but also the ability to integrate, arm, and adapt them to specific operational applications,” comments Bartosz Kubacki, CEO of Tech Robotics.

The strategy was developed and will be implemented with the participation of the company’s majority shareholder—Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna, which currently holds 70.2 percent of Tech Robotics’ capital. The loan received represents another milestone in the implementation of the updated development strategy. Funds raised from investors through a planned issuance of up to 3 million shares are also expected to be a significant source of financing for future plans. The decision on the capital increase will be made by the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for October 21.
