At an Extraordinary General Meeting, Tech Robotics shareholders passed a resolution authorizing the issuance of up to 3 million new shares. The proceeds the company plans to raise from the issuance will be allocated to the implementation of its development strategy for 2026–2031.
– Step by step, we are creating the conditions to implement Tech Robotics’ 2026–2031 development strategy, the centerpiece of which is the construction of the Drone Arming Center. We have taken full control of Niewiadów Warhead Systems, secured a 15.5 million PLN loan to expand our industrial facilities, and have now obtained shareholder approval for a stock offering, the proceeds of which we will allocate to further investments. “In this way, we are building financial, production, and technological capabilities that will allow us to scale up our operations, expand our portfolio of advanced solutions for the defense sector, and strengthen the Group’s market position,” comments Bartosz Kubacki, CEO of Tech Robotics.
Tech Robotics’ strategy for 2026–2031 is based on four interrelated pillars: the integration and arming of unmanned platforms, the production of warheads and special payloads, the scaling of production capacity, and the development of solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems. One of its key projects is the Drone Arming Center, which will be responsible for adapting, configuring, and testing various types of unmanned platforms for specific operational and combat applications.
The implementation of the Drone Arming Center project is being supported in parallel by the expansion of Tech Robotics’ industrial infrastructure. On October 7, 2026, Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna entered into a loan agreement with the company in the amount of 15.5 million PLN, intended for the acquisition of an organized part of the enterprise and real estate related to the development of the Center. On October 8, Tech Robotics acquired 670,000 shares of Niewiadów Warhead Systems from ZSP Niewiadów, increasing its stake in the company to 100 percent. The transaction consolidates expertise in the development and integration of warheads within Tech Robotics, supporting the implementation of its strategy.
The combination of Tech Robotics’ integration expertise, ZSP Niewiadów’s manufacturing capabilities, the potential of Niewiadów Warhead Systems, and the planned Drone Arming Center will enable the creation of a comprehensive project implementation model—from platform configuration and effector selection, through integration and testing, to preparing the solution for deployment.
