Tech Robotics is acquiring 670,000 shares of Niewiadów Warhead Systems from ZSP Niewiadów, increasing its stake in the company to 100 percent. The transaction consolidates Tech Robotics’ capabilities related to the development, delivery, and integration of warheads within the company’s structure and represents the next phase in the implementation of the company’s 2026–2031 growth strategy, including the construction of the Drone Arming Center.

The acquisition of the remaining 67 percent of the shares in Niewiadów Warhead Systems is the next step in a process that began in June 2026, when Tech Robotics acquired a 33 percent stake in the company. Niewiadów Warhead Systems was established to develop and manufacture specialized warheads intended, among other things, for unmanned weapon systems.

– The acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Niewiadów Warhead Systems clearly delineates operational roles within the adopted business model: NWS is responsible for licensing and sales, while ZSP Niewiadów provides the manufacturing facilities. Full control over the acquired company will streamline processes related to the certification of facilities designed to handle high-energy materials and will allow Tech Robotics to participate in institutional and commercial tenders as an independent, fully autonomous supplier of solutions for unmanned systems,” comments Bartosz Kubacki, CEO of Tech Robotics.

Tech Robotics’ strategy for 2026–2031 is based on four interrelated pillars: the integration and arming of unmanned platforms, the production of warheads and special payloads, the scaling of production capacity, and the development of solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems. One of its key projects is the Drone Arming Center, which will be responsible for adapting, configuring, and testing various types of unmanned platforms for specific operational and combat applications.

The adopted model calls for combining Tech Robotics’ expertise with Niewiadów’s industrial potential. In March 2026, Tech Robotics, ZSP Niewiadów, and the Niewiadów Polish Military Group began collaborating on the development and implementation of warheads for drones, and subsequent ownership and investment decisions have consistently advanced this initiative.

– Tech Robotics’ strategy calls for the development of an integrated model in which product development, the integration of unmanned systems, and industrial capabilities must advance in parallel. Taking full control of Niewiadów Warhead Systems is a key element of this process. The next step is to prepare the necessary infrastructure, qualify and certify processes, and establish an organization capable of conducting repeatable production in accordance with defense sector requirements. In this way, the Drone Arming Center will be built not as a single project, but as an integrated industrial capability,” says Bartłomiej Kacperczyk, Vice President of the Management Board at Tech Robotics.

The implementation of the Drone Arming Center project is being supported in parallel by the expansion of Tech Robotics’ industrial facilities. On October 7, 2026, Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna entered into a loan agreement with the company in the amount of 15.5 million PLN, intended for the acquisition of an organized part of the enterprise and real estate related to the development of the Center.

The combination of Tech Robotics’ in-house integration capabilities, ZSP Niewiadów’s manufacturing facilities, Niewiadów Warhead Systems’ expertise in warheads, and the developing infrastructure of the Drone Arming Center is intended to create a model that enables the project to be carried out from platform configuration and effector selection, through integration and testing, all the way to preparing the solution for deployment.
